By accessing or using XoticPool ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

XoticPool is a soft staking platform for XRP tokens. Users can connect their Xaman wallets, opt-in to staking pools, and earn rewards based on participation. The Service operates on the XRP Ledger and does not require smart contracts.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency activities are permitted. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

4. Account and Wallet Connection

To use the Service, you must connect a compatible Xaman wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. XoticPool does not store or have access to your private keys.

5. Staking and Rewards

Staking periods are 30 days. Rewards are distributed based on token holdings and participation. XoticPool reserves the right to modify reward structures at its discretion.

6. Risks and Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risks, including volatility, regulatory changes, and potential loss of funds. XoticPool is not responsible for market fluctuations or third-party actions. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

XoticPool does not guarantee any specific returns or uptime. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance or unforeseen issues.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in fraudulent activities, violate laws, or attempt to hack or disrupt the Service. Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software related to XoticPool are owned by us or licensed. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XoticPool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

XoticPool may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time.
